This chatroom is for those with an interest in Scouting. Behavior is
dictated by a willingness to live according to the ideals of Scouting as
defined by the Boy Scout Oath and Law or the Girl Scout Promise and
Law. By adhering to those ideals, you will be well within the Terms of
Service for this Domain. If you enter this chatroom, you are agreeing to
abide by this code of behavior. Those in violation may find themselves
unable to enter in the future. This room is created in consideration of
abandonment of Communities by America Online and is open to
anyone with internet access. This room uses Java so you may want to consider
downloading
the latest version from Sun Microsytems (it's free). After you have
first loaded the room and registered as a user, you will find that the room will load faster
for you. The first time may take a while. The room is available 24/7 for your enjoyment,
however we
do have a few scheduled chats. More scheduled chats may be possible in
the
future, just
check here.
Registering procedure: You will be directed to a logon page when first you hit the CHAT NOW link below. Enter a user name you will like, but do not enter a password. Go to the chat room. If there is an error message that asks for the password, it means that you need to choose another user name. When you make it into the chatroom the first time, find your name in the MEMBERS box and double click on it. You will then be prompted to enter a password. Then you are registered!!
